Appointment Guidelines

Guidelines for attending appointments.

1. If you or anyone you live with are experiencing or showing any symptoms of Covid-19, please cancel your appointment, Your hair is not as important as the welfare of our team and other clients visiting the salon.

2. You will need to wear a face covering on arrival and during your visit (with elastic around the ears).We have a few masks available for purchase, but ideally your mask needs to be worn on entering the salon.

3. Please wait on marked spots outside the salon, if somebody is already at the reception desk. You will be directed to enter by staff when safe to do so.

4. Please sanitise your hands at the station by reception on arrival.

5. Please be guided by the team through our one way system where applicable.

6. Please do not bring any coats, jackets, etc. unless absolutely necessary. You will need to hang your own coat up.

7. Please attend your appointment alone. NO guests will be
permitted.

8. Please bring your own reading material, all magazines have been removed.

9. Card payments are preferred where possible.

10. Future appointments can only be made by phone, not at reception on leaving.

The Team will be wearing visors. All gowns, towels, aprons, etc. will be washed after single use and all equipment used will be sanitised between visits.

We intend to operate the salon as close to normal as possible. Our assistants will be shampooing and rinsing colours, and we will be working together.

You are free to arrive with your hair freshly shampooed hair, if you you prefer.

We have conducted a risk assessment and made all the reasonable changes to keep everyone safe, however we cannot offer a 100% guarantee.

If you are vulnerable there are quieter times that may suit you better and we can accommodate this.
